It’s a rancher house. 3 bedroom shared bathroom. Window AC. In washer and dryer. No issues using using or if you wish to cook for yourself . Just don’t burn the house down haha.Currently I have 1 room open. I’m retired. One of my roommates is leaving ended if you have issues with telling the truth or just looking for a room and a non- sociable person. Read no further* I prefer male roommates whom has a good christian belief . I do not have accommodations for couples. ( The pictures of the master bedroom) I will post it later this week First bedroom is taken.Rental of the master bedroom is available ending , June 30th 2026 I believe in Jesus Christ our Lord and I’m as a child still learning 🙂.. I have one cat’which is totally my responsibility. I sometimes share big meals. Depends on your choice of food. Shopping malls is less than a quarter of a mile away.No smoking in the house.If you have questions please ask. I don’t do good with antisocial people or Stick to myself people “ introvert“ !.This house isn’t where you want to be. I have no problem you having friends over as long as they show respect. But overnight staying will need to be disgust. I’m a very sociable, Good person. I have plenty of non-sociable furniture. If you have issues either personal or physical. I might consider the options. 30 days notice is not by choice it’s our right and yours too. If I may have left something out? Please ask the questions. I prefer to speak in person. I’m laid back retied. I do odd jobs for fun. Car’s.trucks. house. Me I’m old as dirt.(70) It’s important in general areas it be great if we keep those areas clean. I don’t wear shoes in the house. It’s okay for your guests to come over. No overnight staying. Unless you check with others. This is a home. Please not treat it as a motel. Hotel or just a rooming house. It’s my / our home. Thanks 👍. My other roommate is a male 32 years old. Great social guy smart man and knows how to handle business. Very respectful to all people. Good sense of humor.
