This condo I am renting has been nicely renovated and you will be the first person along with me to rent here since renovation. This City Scene complex includes nice amenities and is centrally located on the Hill of Fashion Valley with a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and beaches! I am from San Diego, have been all over the city and I can say that this location is incredibly convenient. It is furnished in mutual areas, so all you really need is a bed and a dresser for your room. And you will also get your own garage parking spot.

The rent is split 50/50 and also the utilities will be split 50/50. And the deposit is 1 month rent. Also, a cleaning lady will come monthly to help with mutual areas. I keep the mutual areas meaning the kitchen and living room clean meaning about a minimum a B to A grade.

You (Straight Male): ideally age range mid 20s to late 30s; straight male; established/financially stable; works a job outside of the house and does not telework from home every day of week; respectful; clean overall (i.e., if you are about a C grade or below in cleanliness then this won’t work).

If you can relate to what I wrote about myself then we will really get along well. I have had multiple roommates over the years it’s worked really well, so I’m looking forward to keeping the same arrangement going.

You will need to submit an application so the landlord can run your credit (minimum 650)/background check and provide some pay stubs.

Me (straight male): SDSU graduate; long time working professional; multiple small business owner; active and healthy lifestyle. I travel out of town about once per quarter on average for 3-5 days. I rarely drink alcohol, don’t do drugs and I don’t bring the party home although I have a guest over or few people at times. And I have a friendly smaller dog.
