Property is a single family home. You will have your own room and a shared bathroom. $ includes utilities and Wi-Fi. You must be okay with animals. Home has security system and cameras for protection as well. We are looking for a clean , responsible person. Home has a washer and dryer as well . You must have a job (not work from home ) and show proof of paystubs. We are LGBTQ friendly as well :)

We both work full time jobs during the day. We also have 2 small dogs. When we are not working we are typically at home spending times with the dogs or relaxing 😎
