Rent you’ll be paying $395, a one time $99 cleaning fee plus utilities and internet. You. have to pay a $35 application fee and a deposit fee.

About me and the roommates: I’m 23 and a full time college student and have a kitten. i’m easy to get along with, my friends like to say i’m a mom because i take care of everyone. I love to clean so you don’t have to worry about a messy place. I also loving cooking, baking and hosting game nights! Another roommate is 26 he is also a full time college student. He loves to work out and game. He’s fairly clean and will be sharing the bathroom with me and he’s also easy to get along with. The last roommate is the same age as me and you’ll be sharing the bathroom with her. She’s shy at first, but easy to get along with. And most importantly- my thermostat preferences are around 67F in winter and up to 70F in summer hahahah.
