Private room for rent in a 4 bedroom/ 2 bath townhome in the quiet part of Mission Valley. Laundry room in unit. Plenty of off street parking. Community has 2 pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts/ basketball court. Lots of trees and areas to walk around in a really pretty setting. Right across the street from the San Diego mission. Nightlife and bars within walking distance.

1 male and 1 female (working professionals) currently live here. Very laid back and easy going. Quiet home without any drama! We both basically do our own thing all the time. I have 1 dog, his name is Goose and he stays in my room with me most of the time or in the backyard.
