About the room

On the end of Comm Ave in Allston that’s closest to BU-University activities. Packard’s Corner. Neighbor to CorePowerYoga. Hopewell’s $2 Oysters every Tuesday, 4 minute walk! Hop on the Green Line, that is merely a skip away, to go one way to BostonCollege and walk to Crystal Lake or head the opposite cardinal direction towards downtown, to $$Copley$$, to get your nails done, or keep going to get off at Government Center to swing by Faneuil Hall for grub at my gig.

The crib has ample space, air flow and lighting. Ideally we have myself and two others (you are one), simply to save big bucks, while at the same time four occupants would be a bit too much. For a party or lil-shindig, we could have a bunch of people over but tons of noise isn’t tolerated here, which is lowkey nice because… you know, sleep comes easily.

The movement between the rooms, kitchen, and so on allows for a living, curatable environment with an ambiance that’s always complimented by the sunset. The sunrise has to be seen from the front of the building which is safe and cozy … birds sing, and the early-risers get going, Green Line cruising back and forth, life feels really homely, connected, in the heart of Allston. The AM sunshine comes directly through the bathroom window for about an hour, accentuating ya features as you dawn your colors in the mirror for the day.

Total rent is $3000. I’ll cover the lion’s share.

What’s missing here? Honestly, rugs. The place really could use some cool rugs. Your eye about what’s neat, cozy, sharp. We can shop for a comfy, cool couch that’s functional for hosting others. A tiny table for eating grub. We’d likely swap the gym equipment with the blue bed, and could give away the massive bean bag. Open to whatever. Feng shui stays in motion.

FaceTime cuts through the nonsense –> for additional pictures/videos of the crib, please simply contact me! I tend to stay out of the house by staying in the sunshine around town or I’ll be working at the restaurant . If you’re a homebody you’ll have the crib to yourself and whatever company you like, 80% of the time.
