Within walking distance of “Everything” that’s cool and nothing that’s really sketch.

I’m not looking to live with another dude that’s from the US of A.

Ideally I’d like a woman to be on the lease, one that’s maybe stayed at a hostel or two, because “experience” with life is a big +.

On the end of Comm Ave in Allston that’s closest to BU-University activities.

Groceries? Star Market 3 min walk, close enough you could roll there but far enough to get a good workout

you like yoga, right? COREPOWER next door… maybe you play Tennis? Four different courts all within 15 minutes… of course fitness is key so BU FitRec or GymIt? 10 Minutes… never been Kayaking? Pretty far tbh, a whooping 20 minute walk to HARVARD BRIDGE This property has an endless supply of hot water. Safe. I have received every Uber Eat I have ever ordered save the sole evening some out of town punk was passing through the neighborhood.

The street “Comm Ave” has varying degrees of ‘dangerous’ vibe to it… 1125 is in an area that’s ‘hella safe’ yall.

Plenty of room and privacy for activities in either bedroom. They are separated by a kitchen. It’s a 2 Bedroom apartment, with a ~spacious~ living room. 9 windows in total = ample lighting. I’m not trying to convince anyone to sign a lease with me.. honestly, I see what is available online (because if I don’t get a lease done here soon I’ll be looking elsewhere myself) and the options are DISMAL!!! That’s a nice way of saying DOG!

Washer/Dryer on the same floor. It’s a garden apartment, so moving in is easier relative to any other floor. I can and will help with moving in… “Mucho Forte”. The only neighbor on the garden floor is the apartment superintendent, Mr. Trin. He’s managed the building for over 20 years. To reiterate… This place is SAFE not SUS

No one likes bills. Duh!!!! The bills are reasonable! internet/Energy, no other bills, which in total these two together will be roughly ~150 or less. We can split evenly, or negotiate. I like having the fastest internet available, but if you don’t have a need for it, I’ll pay the majority. You don’t use an A/C but I do? I’ll pay for more of the energy bill. Are you broke as hell? Don’t talk to me! I’m not rich!!

If you have a vehicle there’s free-parking available from the city of Boston. Otherwise the complex offers a parking pass for $125/month (but you have to apply for it, as there are only so many spaces). Additionally if you need to move in prior to 09/01 my roommate is moving out on 08/01, so we can coordinate if you want to take advantage of dat. Btw, I am from Louisiana. Who Dat! (not a football guy, but still, Who Dat!)

To qualify you’ve got to have a job. Or, be a student. I think most folks meet those qualifications. Your credit score may want to be solid, or have a co-signer available to ensure your financial credibility. I’m looking to room with someone committed to a 12-month lease….

Pertinent information about myself -

Male, above the age of 21, with a couple of restaurant managerial jobs. T Anthony Pizzeria and Taco Bell. If you’re excited by pizzuh or ‘dirty’ Baja blasts I’m a good connection for you. Some nights I work late (2AM) and would be amicable to toting goodies for your delight. On these late nights I generally blow-dry my hair (a moderate amount of noise) post-shower. If this happens to wake you up I’ll refrain from this habit O.o

Otherwise, I clock out at 5PM. Hit the weights, monkey bars down by the Charles River Esplanade, track at Nickerson Field, or tennis court at Ringer Park.. I do my best to catch the Sun every day and get my heart rate up. While I do have an affinity to laying in bed or live-streaming on Twitch, I’d rather go to a concert.

If you don’t clean at all, I’ll clean and won’t say anything to you about it. Maybe you have strong points elsewhere. Maybe you like flowers. The place could use MORE flowers.
