Dona's room

The room is a fully furnished master suite with a walk in closet and your own private bathroom.
If you have your own furniture that is welcomed also. The room is large enough to have a private sitting area or small office. Parking is available, Access to washer, dryer, and kitchen are all common amenities. You must be clean and tidy, and considerate of shared space. No drugs or hard drinking, No smoking, No pets allowed. You will also have your own private living area to watch movies or relax but we may need to use as a guest room if visitors happen to come to town. You must have references and an income that can be verified. As a bonus I will cook 2 times a week for dinner at no additional charge.

I am quite person and I work from home. My husband and I are looking for a good match to share our home with. Our Home is 1900 sq ft with a nice clean peaceful vibe. We like movies and even time to ourselves. We have been told by others that we are easy to live with and are very considerate of others. We would like to share our home with someone who is clean, pays rent on time, and considerate of others. We have a nice outdoor space with fire pit and a very nice patio.
