Autumn's room

Close to downtown Riverside and UCR. Master bedroom in a 5 bedroom, 2 story house. The Room comes with a large mirrored closet, high ceilings, a balcony, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has two sinks, a large bathtub, and a large walk in shower. This room is big enough to share with one other person and still have ample personal space. There is a garage for extra storage and possible parking once cleaned out. We currently do not have a washer and dryer as they are broken but we live close to multiple laundry mats. Can provide pictures of the house and room after June 15!

Currently there are 5 girls living in the house, but one is leaving at the end of the month (June). We have 3 kitties that are super loving but they do tend to take over the house a little. We do not want to take in anymore pets so looking for someone with no pets. Everyone in the house is very welcoming and friendly! We like to hang out together often and are hoping to find someone who wants to join our little family.
