Furnished room for rent in a clean, non-smoking, drug free household. Room is available July 1st, but can be rented sooner Household includes one male, one female. Rent includes utilities, wifi, and access to whole house. Bathroom is shared, but has a His/Hers sink, so you would have your own space. Driveway parking is available. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly.
House is located in South Escondido. Five minutes from freeway, groceries, mall, and downtown.
Looking to rent to a single person, no couples.
$500 deposit. Background check and credit will be checked if we see that you would be a good fit.
