Aoloa Street

I have a 2BR, 1.5BA condo in Kailua, behind Safeway/Target shopping center. I am providing the extra bedroom for month to month stay, but open to discuss your personal needs, if they are more temporary/short term/transitional/vacay, etc. Kailua is a fabulous town within walking distance to all kinds of fun shops and restaurants and one mile to beach.

The bedroom is simple with just an airbed, nightstand and salt lamp. (airbed is extremely comfortable, like a regular mattress, if you add a foam topper). Ceiling fan is typically adequate for Winward side of island. Bedroom is Eastern facing, so it will not get hot afternoon sun. Generally, very comfortable year round temps. I can remove the furnishing if desired.

Kitchen is fully stocked and two airbed sofas with comfy pillows and lots of friendly cozy plants in living room.

The location is the best feature so if you are looking for something simple in this area, this could be perfect for you. Street parking available.

I am open to shorter stays, just reach out and let me know your situation and what you’re looking for.

I keep to myself but do have early hours and work part-time as well as from home. I will give you your space and privacy as best I can, using shared spaces minimally to allow you room to enjoy yourself.

I’m an artist, writer, options trader, yoga enthusiast, and love the outdoors here so hit the trails and beach often. I’m very easygoing, friendly, conscientious, and quiet. I just want to share my space for anyone who might need it on a month to month basis, since it is so very beautiful here.
