Corner room, loft bed great for at home workers or students. Bed can be on top or bottom if you prefer not to use the ladder, and use top for extra storage or what have you.

Very clean, neat, full time college student. Mostly quiet, guest do not come around but once in a blue moon at the house. So minimal disturbances. Brand-new building. In my area people own roosters so you will hear them around the same time every-morning.
