Powder House Boulevard

Hi!! I am looking for 1 roommate to sign a yearlong lease from 8/1/2023 to 8/1/2024. I would prefer another young professional in their late 20s, early 30s. Move in amount would be $3200 (first + security). The rent is $1600 plus utilities. This rent includes the downstairs master bedroom, and the sunny downstairs office with the bay windows. My last roommate used this space to WFH. This is a bright, spacious, cheerful apartment, close to Powder House Park and Davis square. You can access to the ball square greenline or davis square redline, so one is guaranteed to be working (lol). Important Information I have 2 small dwarf rabbits who live in the kitchen in their cages. They are never let out unsupervised. The orange bunny, Acorn, is friendly. Unfortunately, I cannot accept another pet with the two rabbits. This apartment is smoke-free. I am happy to host guests if you give me notice. This is not a party house.

Parking spaces: We get Somerville street parking for $40. It allows you to park anywhere in Somerville.

Shared spaces: Porch Kitchen with Bosch dishwasher. The stove is electric without a grate. Entryway with shoe storage Living/dining room, with chandelier.

About me: I am a 29-year-old young professional woman who works at a medical device company in Davis Square. I am a quiet roommate who uses headphones to listen to music. I am involved with the sailing club on the esplanade (Community boating). I am yellow rated, so I can take a guest out sailing with me. I also take salsa on 1/bachata. In the winter, I like to ski and attempt to ice skate. I would be happy to carpool up to the mountains if you ski. I also have 3 scuba certs, and am involved in the local diving community.
