I recently took a tour of a brand new building in Downtown Newark. And I fell in love with it. The building is great. The rooms are very spacious. Floor to ceiling windows so there is lots of light. Washer and Dryer in unit. The building is literally steps from Newark Penn Station. Perfect for someone who like to travel with Amtrak being right there and Newark Airport being very accessible. There’s a gym (If you find it inadequate Blink Fitness is a block away), game room and co-working center and multiple patios. A second floor deck and a rooftop. Garage parking is also available if you have a car though parking is paid per space and double spaces are available for a discount.

I am looking for someone to join me on a lease of at least 12 months but I’m open to doing a longer lease. The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms so you will have your own private bathroom. Utilities aside from electricity are included. Internet and Parking are also not included in the rent. Also the apartments I’m considering range from $3100-$3400 total rent per month.

Hi! My name is Will. I work as a Financial Analyst for a digital media company in Midtown Manhattan. I work 3 days a week in office and work from home the other 2 days. I’m generally quiet but really like and appreciate conversation. I generally keep to myself. Though I can be really outgoing and like being outdoors and events.
