Rent will be $700. That includes $600 for the room and $100 for utilites and internet.

We be paying for the best internet plan xfinity has to offer with unlimited data and 1200mbps download speed. No McDonalds wifi here! Utilities are quite affordable also. It is $1450 a month lease, and you will be expected to pay $600 as you are getting the only full bedroom in the apartment. I will take the small den and the living room as my own personal space, hence why I will be paying more in rent (thus the living space will not be treated as a common area). We will be sharing a bathroom and the kitchen. Laundry is in the apartment with a nice balcony you totally have access to.

About me: I am a 30 year old woman, who is in college to be a web developer. I currently work 4 days out of the week, 3 of which are graveyard, so I am more active at night. I am chill, no drama, and I know how to pick my battles and maintain peace in the space we share. However, I am no pushover: if I have a problem with you, I will tell you… just like id hope you’d do with me if you had any issues. I do not smoke nor am I 420 friendly. I am a recovering marijuana addict (been clean 8 months), I do not want the smell of weed in this apartment nor do I want to be tempted to smoke it. This is non-negotiable. I do dabble in alcohol every now and then, but you’ll never find me belligerently drunk as it’s not a common occurance for me. I am a geek! I love me some videogames, so I can be loud sometimes when destroying some chad online. But all in all, you’ll have fun here! I am a God fearing woman and would apprecaite if you were like-minded, but not required.
