I will be living in the property and would be renting out other rooms in this property. You have the option to choose from a wide array of bedrooms with private/shared bathrooms. You can also choose to get furnished rooms with a bed frame/mattress, desk/chair lamp etc. The house will be cleaned once a month by professional cleaners and will have free Wi-Fi. The kitchen would be decked out will all essentials like silverware, pots/pans, and cleaning supplies/utilities.

The house is a 5 min walk from Chipotle/In n out/Starbucks/Target and grocery stores. 2 miles from the lathrop business park, Tesla Megafactory, and In n out corporate office.
