Utilities included! I am a homeowner in the Indian River area who will have some extra space now that my ex wife has finally decided to leave. I am open to sharing some space for the right person, especially to let my huskies out when Im working. Pretty good neighborhood, fenced yard, quiet. Offering a recently remodeled room (finishing touches going in now), unfinished, with your own bathroom (not en-suite, it is open to guests) and your own fridge. Parts of the house are in a slow remodel but your space is finished, nothing affects liveability. Room ac temp can be set independently. Room has hardwired internet. Pets are okay if they get along with mine and you take responsibility for any damages.

I am a quiet professional and a fairly introverted person. Im very careful about my space and my things, and who I share it with, but if you respect how particular I am I will treat you like family. People from all walks of life are welcome as long as you are okay with this and like dogs.
