Looking for a roommate at this spacious 2 bed 1.5 bathroom apartment. The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and ample closet space. Room has a queen bed and TV equipped with Amazon Firestick, but will need to be furnished otherwise. New curtains + rods on the way.

The rent is inclusive of all bills and permit parking is needed (can discuss a transfer of permit from previous roommate to you until September 2023).

Additionally, the apartment has a large TV equipped with Apple TV and nearly all streaming platforms in the living room. The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also an in unit washer and dryer which have both been updated within the last year.

The location is minutes away from Beverly Drive, a 5 minute walk to Pavillions and between two major streets (Olympic & Wilshire). The building is located on the street of a middle school but is still a quiet, calm and safe neighborhood.

I’m a young adult professional who works from home and is laid back and only ask to keep common areas clean. I’m easy to get along with and want this space to feel as much yours as it does mine. I don’t mind if you have guests over and dogs are welcome (sorry cat owners, I’m allergic). I will from time to time care for my 15 year old Maltese Max who really just sleeps all day.
