The townhouse is located in the Deer Creek community and it has a beautiful patio with a lake view, a spacious living room, and a kitchen, and the room also has a beautiful view of the lake! There’s an HOA application process prior to moving.
I’m a young professional with family and friends around the neighborhood. I have been living around the area for many years and truly enjoy the proximity to the beach and 95, Boca malls, FAU (where I graduated from), and the beach. I’m originally from Brazil and my parents are from Peru so if you also want to learn these languages, you are in luck! I currently work from home and am a very organized/ clean person. Every now and then I venture into the kitchen but I’m still a work in progress.
