About the room
Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a 2bd 2br in Southpark. It has in-unit laundry, good parking, pool/gym, cable/Wi-Fi, and access to neighborhood walking trails included in rent. Base rent is $1970 for the whole apt (985/person.) Energy and water not included but usually not two expensive. The extra bedroom gets a lot of natural light, and you’d have your own bathroom. Living situation does come with two cats who love people, and me (I work regular hours.)
About the roomies
Hi! I am a medical assistant with two cats who LOVE people. I work M-F and some Saturdays, regular day hours. I’m very chill/flexible and pretty good at keeping everything very clean and looking nice even if my room is a mess :) I love chilling on the couch watching TV or going out for karaoke in NODA. Or really whatever! Let’s chat :)
