Bernie's room

Bright sunny back bedroom 10ft x 11ft . Great neighborhood located on a cul de sac. Wonderful neighbors. Room is furnished with a full size bed and 32 flat screen television and Small dresser . If you would like to swap out mattress for you own full size or bring your own television, I would be open to discuss this option. Shared bathroom. Home is within 9 miles of 3 colleges, Biola, Whittier, Fullerton. Also in radius is Disney and Knotts. Washer and dryer for you to use for your clothes only . Also full use of kitchen. Just need to clean up after yourself.
NO OVER NIGHT GUESTS , No couples We work and like to keep the house to just us occupants.

We are 2 females ( myself and 1 tenant) we each have our own room and tenant shares her room with her 1 year old baby boy. This is a casual, kick-back household. We are respectful of each other privacy but are open and friendly to talk too and just interact as needed. Our home has 4 small dogs and a cat. So please no pet allergies. A housekeeper comes 2x a month . We are clean and neat but not fastidious. If you are a Germaphobe this place is not for you. No drama, No drugs or cigarette smoking .
