Beautiful, spacious room available for rent in 2bedroom apartment, located across from Libby Lake! Bathroom and rest of the apartment is shared. Our home is our sanctuary and we like to keep it chill. Looking for someone we can hang with, on occasion, but we also respect your privacy and personal space. Room can come furnished or unfurnished (Different price for both please inquire). 5 min from back gate of Camp Pendleton, and 10 min from the coast. We are a very tidy and fun loving couple looking to rent out our second room. We are both very active (jiu-jitsu, surfing, swimming, yoga) but like to enjoy a drink from time to time and relax. We a very silly pup named Edgar who is very sweet and friendly, so no other animals please. We are in our mid 30’s but appreciate folks from all different walks of life and ages.
