All utilities included in rent (water, electricity, high speed internet).

Available for short-term or long-term stay.

Large upstairs room with private bathroom & walk-in closet. For size reference, bed pictured in room is a queen size bed. Room is 17ft x 10ft. Closet is 5ft x 5ft.

Street parking.

Large 3300+ sqft house in quiet & safe neighborhood just off Dalrock Road. Only half mile from tons of food, grocery, etc.

Free to use anything in shared space including washer and dryer, pool table, large kitchen with gas burner, living room with tv, den, etc.

About the roomies

Three roommates, in their 20s and 30s live in the house. Queer friendly household. Roommates currently work day jobs. Please keep quiet (no speakers or loud noises) late on weekdays.

My husband and I (late-20s) own the house, but are currently living out of town due to work.
