The room is in a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment in the inner sunset (very sought after neighborhood). Walking distance to Irving st and UCSF research and medical center. Also walking distance to Golden Gate Park (15-20 min walk). Three miles from ocean beach! Ideally looking for a female identifying roommate.

The room has a nice view of the forest and it’s very bright. The bedroom and apartment is furnished, but the furniture in the room can be taken out if you prefer your own. My roommate and I are both in our 20s and love to go out and explore! I have a car so if you need a ride anywhere and I’m not busy, I’m happy to drive 🙂

Kitchen is very large for an SF apartment and there is plenty of storage if you like to cook! Bathroom is updated as well. The neighborhood feels very safe and walkable. Rent is month to month so you are not tied to a 12 month lease. Wi-Fi is included, but we split utilities.
