Must love cats! Must be covid cautious and mask when not home. I have a room open at my place. I’m a queer trans tattoo artist and gallery curator. It’s a bedroom in 2 bedroom duplex. $850 a mon. $850 deposit. I keep the home peaceful and happy. Cannabis OK outdoors or vape ok inside. I don’t smoke but like edibles at night. No hard drugs please. I don’t drink alcohol but don’t mind if others do. The house is in Oakland near Lake Merritt and Bart. It has 4 steps and is on the ground floor. There is a washer/dryer, huge bonus!

I’m home fairly often. I like to make art, cook and watch tv. If you’re creative, I have lots of craft and art supplies I like to share. There is a very snuggly and gentle cat, Pucci who is the cherry on the cake. She will cuddle up in your lap and purr. I value open communication, empathy, & respectfulness. I’m very easy going and get along with most folks. I’m an ambivert, so I spend equal time being quite social and other times quietly in my room. I have ptsd, which is very under control (thanks therapy), but I can’t live with people who lose their temper, yell, or threaten violence when angry (even jokes about beating people up). I have a very soft spoken, thoughtful girlfriend who visits a couple times a week. She loves to bake and will definitely want to make treats for you.
