Short term lease! 1 large bedroom with own bathroom in 3 bed/2 bath house available for rent July and August months with the potential to extend the house lease through March 2024. House is a 5 minute walk to Tennyson St. in a quiet neighborhood, an ideal location! The house is beautiful with a front and backyard, 1 garage spot/storage. It is 2 story (main and basement) and the room/bath for rent is the only one on the main floor with living room and kitchen.

You would be living with two amazing and considerate roommates for the 2 months, both women in their late 20’s. One roommate works in finance on a hybrid schedule and the other works in-office as a speech language pathologist.
