Front patio has table and chairs to sit out, and chat with the walkers and dogs going by. Or take your meals in the formal dining room. You get use of ½ the 2nd fridge in kitchen and shelves for food storage.

I have some extra furniture, if you are short, and we can chat about that. Spot for your reasonably sized car IN THE DRIVEWAY. House has all the appliances. Dishwasher, clothes washer, vac…. We emphasize you should not think you are getting a motel room with maid service. In our community, we all help out to keep the house & grounds nice, and help care for the pets.

House will be quiet from 10pm-6:30am. No smoking in or next to the house.
