We are a 4 person household and have a room available for rent in our 3 bedroom apartment in the Outer Sunset.We are located in a 3-unit building with a large shared backyard, parking, in-unit laundry and a beach view.

Noriega street is 2 blocks away. In terms of public transit, the 7 bus picks up on the same block (2m walk), the 18 picks up 3 streets up (5m walk), and the L/N trains pick up 5 blocks away (10/15m walk).

Available room has a walk in closet, is unfurnished and bathroom is shared.

We have regular work weeks and are laid back on the weekends. We have two herding dogs that provide lots of fun but that means no cats. Kitchen and living room are shared and spacious with beach views. There is also a large garage with exercise equipment (bench press, heavy bag, barbells, ab bench, and tower).

The rent for the room is 1200 per month not including utilities such as electricity, water, and high-speed internet. We’re looking for a responsible, respectful, and tidy tenant who will take care of the shared spaces and respect the other tenants’ privacy.
