The Master Bedroom (Bedroom #2) is furnished with a Queen-size bed and is currently available for $1100/month, Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Full-size bed and is currently available for $1,000/month, and Bedroom #1 is furnished with a Twin-size bed and currently available for $950/month. Each bedroom is furnished with a Bed, Chest of Drawers, Desk and Flat screen Smart TV - an additional $250.00 Furniture Deposit is required at the time of Move-In to help offset the cost of replacement and/or damage to furnishings. The monthly rental rates include: Electricity, Water & Sewer, Internet access via a Wireless Router.

One (1) of the (4) bedrooms is currently occupied by a 29 yo male originally from Alabama, who has resided at the property for nearly 4 years.

I am the Property Manager and Caregiver for an elderly parent (who resides at a separate Property nearby). I have Two (2) adult children and Grandchildren. I currently reside and maintain my office on the eastside of the Property; with its own Private entrance, Living room, Bedroom, Bath and Kitchen.
