About the room

The Property is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, 3-blocks west of the University of Miami and an approximately 10-minute walk from Larkin Community and South Miami hospitals, the South Miami Metrorail Station. Dining and Shopping.

There is a common Living room and Kitchen, Two (2) Bathrooms (shared with 1 other occupant) and a Swimming Pool/Patio area. Two (2) of the Four (4) Single-occupant bedrooms, located on the westside of the Property will become available as of August 1, 2026. Each of the private Bedrooms has a Smart TV and are FURNISHED ($250.00 REFUNDABLE Furnisher Deposit Required), with rental rates of $1,125.00 for Bedroom #1 (available August 1st) and $1,125.00 for Bedroom #4 (available August 1st) with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED and Internet access via a Wireless Router. A one-time NON-REFUNDABLE $150.00 Cleaning fee is required at the time of Move-In.

Monthly Housekeeping services for cleaning of the COMMON AREAS of the residence ONLY (i.e., Living Room, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Hallways) is included in the rental rate (Residents are expected to maintain these areas, along with their Private bedrooms in a clean and sanitary manner in the interim). Monthly maintenance of the exterior Landscape is also included.
