Hey future roomie! We are a family of 6 with an extra room downstairs. You’ll have a bathroom right next to your room you can decorate it how every you feel but we will use it from time to time when we are down stairs. You’ll have a living room section you can also fit a couch or chairs and a coffee table in, in the main house. You can park Infront of the house either in the street or in the driveway depending on if you’re the first one home or if we are currently home. Your room and living space could be furnished or unfinished depending on what is more comfortable for you. Electricity and water will be split in thirds. Pets are welcome but we do all they stay in the room unless you are walking them because we have the big dogs. Washer and dryer are right next to your bedroom. We don’t mind helping sick your bathroom with toilet paper (we all have to wipe) we don’t mind sharing our dish soap, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies but please live cleanish. There is a TV you can use in the living room near your living area. Your rent is due by the third it will be month to month utilities will be discussed and explained at meet and greet if you are late no excuses you will get an eviction notice. No offense we have kids to think about.

We are a modern family. We have 2 toddlers and 2 teenagers one is my niece. we all work together renovating rental houses. We are not always the cleanest but we try. We work allot. There are 3 dogs. Luna she’s the oldest she was one of the toddlers birthday dogs. Hercules which is my dog and Xena which has really bad allergies that is my husband’s dog. We do Sunday family night and you are more then willing to participate if you would like it’s usually a newer kids movie and either painting or some kind of arts and crafts. We don’t smoke cigarettes and don’t mind if you do outside. We are very much to each their own type people but expect and give common courtes.
