Hi, Just moved into this awesome townhouse. I’ve decided to rent out the master bedroom with en suite bath. It’s 12x12ft with plenty of room for bed, desk, tv, seating furniture, etc. It also has 2 closets, one is a walk-in. The 1st floor you will share the kitchen and dining area, back deck. The downstairs living room I will reserve for myself. This townhouse is in a quiet complex that is very conveniently located near restaurants, parks and walking trails.

I am a 57 year old male. I mostly spend my time at home working on hobbies or gaming. I try to stay fit and have recently gotten back into bicycling. I believe that common areas should be kept clean when living with other people, so want someone who will clean after themselves in the kitchen and keep living room/dining area orderly. But otherwise, I’m a pretty laid back guy. Pet owners- Sorry, the landlord refuses to have pets in the home.
