Looking for only a female roommate! I have a bottom floor apartment. Its a single unfurnished bedroom that has its own private bathroom. It will be available to rent by mid-late july. It’s tucked back off of Karcher and midway. Utilities are included in rent. I have a basset hound that’s 4, she’s pretty mellow but hates strangers. so Preferably no additional animals, but will consider with a deposit, meetup, dog restrictions etc. There is someone occupying it atm or else I would take photos.

No smoking, felonies, parties, sleepovers, etc.

I’m going through a difficult situation and am losing my sister to her fiancé 😅 I’m independent but enjoy quality time with people. Family is very important for me, so you might find me snuggling my basset hound on the couch crying over my sister getting married. Jk. Love to be outdoors so the apartment is pretty quiet for weekends. I enjoy cooking and board games!
