Private bedroom available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath house near Colonial/Buckingham, close to I-75 and about 15 minutes from FGCU.

The house is roughly 1,800 sq ft with a fully fenced yard, and pool + spa. You’ll have your own room and share a bathroom. Common areas include a shared kitchen, living room (main gaming/movie zone), dining area, and pool.

Rent & Details: • $850/month • First and last month’s rent required • Last month’s will be taken as the deposit • All utilities included (electric, water, internet) • Monthly cleaning service included (bedroom + shared spaces)

About the house / vibe: This is a relaxed, gamer-friendly household. I work full-time in marketing, but after hours the house turns into a nerd zone — gaming sessions, movie/anime nights, Netflix binges, and casual hangouts. We host low-key dinner nights, watch parties, and the occasional football game (Broncos fan here). We’re fueled by coffee in this house so much that we have a coffee bar.

If you’re into PC or console gaming, movies, anime, or just chilling with like-minded people, you’ll fit right in. The living room is regularly used for gaming and streaming.

There are also two super friendly golden retrievers who are basically emotional support NPCs and will absolutely try to sit next to you while you game or watch movies.

Who we’re looking for: A clean, responsible roommate who enjoys a nerdy, laid-back environment. Shared interests in gaming, movies, anime, or tech are a big plus. Must be dog-friendly. No additional pets allowed. No politics please.

About the roomies

I am a marketing director that works full time that is also a big nerd that loves gaming. I am a huge foodie and loves to cook and has small dinner parties quite often to binge watch netflix or movies. I am a football fan (Go Broncos!) also!

There’s also two lovable golden retrievers that would love to cuddle with you on the couch during movies.

Although we love animals we cannot take any more on. Must love dogs!
