3br 1ba House is in easy walking distance to Kroger and Lowes, and a less easy but still possible walk to VCU campus. Rent is $500, and bills usually come between $100-200/mo. We have a large fully furnished living room and an outdoor porch. The room we are looking to fill has its own closet and a window. We have three cats which puts this house pretty much at capacity so we do ask that potential roommates do not have any pets of their own to bring.

I’m Greyson, (he/him) I’m 22, and I work evenings as a host at a restaurant. My roommate Quinn (they/them) is a recent VCU grad who works days as a mechanical engineer. We like to fill our house with funky decorations, make art, and play video games. Our house is generally quiet by 10:00, except for occasional weekend nights. We look forward to meeting hopefully a new friend :)
