Available to only mature, NON-smoking, active duty MALE military or male veterans currently working on military contracts OR HIGHLY qualified other individuals with references. Private fridge in kitchen area as well as in room dorm fridge and in room microwave. Weekly linen changes/vacuuming and monthly deep cleans provided (part of ongoing property maintenance). Cleaning services provided for common areas. Driveway parking for ONE vehicle.
Renters insurance with liability required. Depending on your credit.and background this may only be $18 a month and if you own your own home elsewhere, even less. (Example of why required: fires started by lithium batters and frayed phone cables). —->> After three months of one time payments, monthly premiums paid to your insurance company will be reimbursed to you every month.
To keep house clean and peaceful: Have house rules and limitations.
