Price listed is for active duty Geobachelors who support home elsewhere. Veterans on military/government assignments/contracts slightly higher.

Private fully furnished suite with private balcony overlooking the river. Very large walk in closet. Access to built in pool next door (same owner). Available to only mature, non-smoking, active duty MALE military or male veterans currently working as military contracts. Private fridge in kitchen area as well as in room dorm fridge and in room microwave. Weekly linen changes/vacuuming and monthly deep cleans provided (part of ongoing property maintenance and not optional). Cleaning services provided for common areas. $150 deposit plus $50 non-refundable linen sanitation fee. Driveway parking for ONE vehicle. Renters insurance with liability required. Have house rules and limitations. Due to prior issues: cash payments only (no cashapp, zelle, Checks, money orders, etc.). Also, in exchange for the flexibility of being able to give only one full calendar week’s notice for departure, address cannot be used for drivers license, benefits, routine mail or packages: please use PO box and/or locker services through town.

This offer is for room rental only: no garage or storage space available. Your personal belongings have to fit in your room except for your assigned kitchen cabinet space. However: there is room for kayak storage out in back yard or tied to dock. **This is a fully furnished/stocked offering (kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc.)and we are not set up for you to bring personal items other than a few large suitcases, a few duffels/backpacks and private electronics (like laptop amd gaming sustem). Please do not request to bring your own furnishings, swap furnishings, take items out of the room etc.

All occupants are military or veterans working on government/military contracts/projects. All are quiet, private and very much keep to themselves.
