The house is 5 minutes away from Buckroe Beach, 8 minutes away from Langley AFB, and around 10 minutes from Peninsula Town Centre. The room that’s being rented has a hybrid memory foam mattress and box spring with ample closet space. Not included in the pictures, You’ll also have access to the next door room for office/work space. The next door space is empty and will require you to put your own furniture there. Appliances are stainless steel and are only about 4 years old. The neighbourhood is quiet and the neighbours are also friendly and keep to themselves. There is one shared entry to the property and a back door exit that goes to the backyard. There is also a gate entrance that leads to the back as well. The master bath is right across from the room that is being rented.

The house is currently only being occupied by one person, myself, I am on the opposite side of the house separated by the living room and kitchen. I am in the military and also enjoy cooking and working out. I am looking to meet new people as well and thought this opportunity would allow me to do such.
