Also included is your own private unfurnished bonus room above the garage that I do not use. If you would like an extra bedroom we can discuss that after you see the house. My name is Steve. I am a widowed 49 year old male. I have two dogs Olive and Pepper. Olive is a golden doodle and pepper is a Lhasa Apso. They are two of the most friendly loving dogs you will ever meet. I have a full-time job and have Sunday and Monday off.. I’m an easy-going guy who mostly keeps to himself but also good to hang out at times. This is a rental so all applications must be approved by the landlord. Absolutely no smoking allowed.
