About the room
The room is private with it’s own closet and a detached bathroom (directly outside the bedroom is a full bath/shower) but is accessible from the common area. The unit is on the 3rd floor so it’s generally very quite and the complex is upper-scale, gated, and well-kept. There is a pool as well as a small workout center.
About the roomies
I’m a middle-aged professional working for a tech company so I’m usually gone by 10am but working as late as 1am at times. I’m very clean, respectful, professional, trustworthy, laid back, and easy to get along with. Looking for someone who appreciates a space that is simple, well-kept, organized, and quiet.
