I am a senior citizen (male) with family and friends in the Bay Area. I am looking for someone to occupy one private room and other facilities. Person must be working and independent, I am flexible about the arrangement. Would like to first try and then extend, if needed. There is a club house, pool, BBQ also available. I have a very friendly cocker spaniel as my companion, so future roommate needs to be dog friendly.
