About the space: The house is located off McCann near the Mall. The house is a 3-bedroom 2 bath with a big yard. Large carpeted bedroom with closet with shared bathroom. The common areas are kitchen, den, living room and laundry room (with washer/dryer), patio area with bbq/grill. Once a month I do have a house keeper who comes and cleans the house.

About the ideal roommate: I’m looking for someone who is clean and responsible. It’s important to me that we can communicate openly and respectfully with each other. Preference for a roommate is a male.
