Bathroom: Shared with one other person.

Common Areas: Fully equipped kitchen, den, living room, laundry room (washer/dryer included), and a patio with a BBQ grill.

Extras: Spacious backyard, monthly housekeeping, bi-monthly pest control, and regular yard maintenance included.
