I own a beautiful home in Methuen with a backyard patio, pool and shared kitchen and living area. 3 working professionals live on the second floor next to your room. There is one bathroom to share upstairs and housemates are all respectful and have a good routine going. Your rent includes everything- heat, AC, hot water, electricity, internet, laundry. Parking is on street. There is one cat in the home and we cannot take any additional pets that require sharing common space outside of your room. The room for rent is the empty room as seen in the photo with 3 large windows and a closet. Please let me know if interested in touring. :)

Everyone is super respectful, works and easily pitches in with basics around the house when needed such as emptying the dishwasher or taking out/in the recycling/trash bins. Casual and laid back.
