Long-time resident moving from top floor of a friendly Park Slope row house to the first-floor two-bedroom garden flat looking for a roommate. Residential, tree-lined street near Flatbush Avenue between Sixth and Seventh Avenues in Park Slope. Close to all subways and Atlantic Center terminal. There are two bedrooms plus a dining room and living room, but these could be divided into two private rooms each. In-unit facilities include a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

I am a woman aged 71 years and would prefer a woman of similar age as a roommate. I work from home 4 or 5 days a week. Enjoy art, history, gardening, theater, and privacy. Lovely young families with toddlers/kids and an older retired woman live in the building. Nice little community. Willing to share garden with tenants a must.
