There are 2 furnished rooms available, both with mirrored closet doors, new beds, satin sheets and all new bedding included (feel free to use your own bedding/customize to your liking, if desired). Luxury bath towels, hand towels included. Extremely quiet, safe neighborhood. Plenty of parking, on the driveway or street. Utilities are included. No pets. Non-smoking property.
Near the gym, coffee shops, major freeways, lots of restaurants and entertainment, Promenade Mall, Old Town Temecula and about a 2 mile drive to about 50 Temecula Wineries. Lots to see and do.

The house is very spacious and provides lots of privacy. The yard is also very spacious. Roommate is responsible female executive. Very clean, relaxing, well kept property so I’m looking for clean/tidy, considerate room-mate. No children live here so it’s very peaceful.
