4 bedroom home. The room is above the garage with walk in closet and private half bath. Room can be furnished if needed. There is a mini fridge in there too if you want. The room is approximately 11.5 by 14.5 feet. There are 2 full baths on the main floor. 1800 square feet home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Access to community pool. Everything included except you pay half the electric bill since the upstairs has its own ac unit.

I work from home and have a son who is with me every other week. I have a dog and 2 cats.
