House in the southeast Denver suburbs with an awesome backyard. Room available in the finished basement with its own bathroom and den area for a 3rd roommate, additional room available on the main floor with a shared bathroom for a potential 4th roommate (not required). Easy access to 25, half a mile from Safeway, mile and a half from Southmoor RTD station, walking distance to James Bible park.

Two male roommates (and one furry female roommate) looking for a third (and possibly a fourth).

Ari is a 29 year old music teacher who likes long walks on the beach and his ESA dog, Hava. Hava is a 50 lbs lab mix who likes belly rubs and being outside, and strongly dislikes thunder and snowmen. Hava sheds but doesn’t bark and is great with other dogs and humans. She’s only met cats a few times but hasn’t had any issues with them. If you’ve got a furry friend we’re happy to do a pet meet to make sure they get along.

From Troy, 24 year old in IT: I’m a laid back easy going person. I consider myself relatively introverted and tend to be more of a homebody but I do enjoy staying active when I can. I sometimes enjoy cooking but I always clean up after myself, especially in a shared common area.
