Amenities include: internet, washer /Dryer, A/C, there is a pool on promises/ trail hiking pass, furnished or unfurnished, full access to kitchen. $1200 a month, minimum stay 9+ months. Room is for 1 person, no sleep overs. This is a nice quiet clean respectful home. No smoking, no drugs. Thank you. :)
About the roomies
We are a couple and stay at the house 2-3 times a week sometimes.( I’m taking care of Mom most of the time in another city) with 2 happy roommates, very quiet and looking for same. Have any more questions or would like to stop by let me know. Thanks Franny
