The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Century City, and Beverly Hills High School.
Room available w/ private bathroom! Unfurnished or furnished with single bed, table, and chair. The room has book shelves, private closet and AC unit. The living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry (washer & dryer) will be shared. Living room includes shared TV, furniture, and massage chair. Utilities, and internet wifi included! Street parking available with purchase of permit from the City of Beverly Hills.
Deposit will be 1 month’s rent. No pets. No couples.

About me: I am a full-time professional working in finance/real-estate/compliance industry. I am usually laid back and don’t make loud noises. I occasionally travel for work, so you will have the unit for yourself on certain weeks. I am looking for an individual roommate who is respectful.
