Your room is nice and sunny (extremely bright later in the afternoon), completely empty (no furnishings provided), and has just recently been painted for you. The updated kitchen has all of the appliances, cooking pans, and tools you may need (side note: we need to get a wok and desalinate our Keurig.). We have central air and heating. There is usually plenty of free street parking.

Rent is due on the 1st, NO EXCEPTIONS. The monthly rent is $1200, plus $100 for all utilities, including high-speed WIFI.

We are Daniel and Christina-Rae, a super friendly and fun couple looking for a roommate to share our very nicely kept, 1200 sq. ft. unit, situated on the top, 5th floor, at Dublin Station Windsor Apartments. Incredibly clean unit. You will share this beautiful living space with us, two working professionals (mid 40’s), a 20-month-old baby, and our cat, Gabby, who mostly lives in our bedroom.
