Roommate wanted for August 2023.

I’m living in a great little condo in Santa Ana bordering on Westminister, Fountain Valley and Garden Grove. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, air and heating (plus a fireplace), balcony overlooking pool, private garage, and the community is gated. Short drive away from Downtown Santa Ana arts district, the Observatory music venue, and the Orange Circle. Great spot with lots of food options nearby.

I do not own the condo, I am also renting, so I have no control over pricing. Message for more details!

I am in the master looking for someone to fill the other room. My current roommate is moving to live with her girlfriend in Texas. I am 32 and pretty easygoing. I work in finance and volunteer at a non-profit arthouse cinema in downtown Santa Ana. I like concerts, hiking, going to the beach, and museums. I go to bed around 11pm and wake up at 5:30am for work M-F.
