Barbara's room

We will have 2 available rooms late June/early July, at our house right down the street from South Coast Plaza, cross streets Bristol and Warner in Santa Ana! Rooms rent separately or together!

It is only a 20 minute drive from UCI and a block over from Target, Trader Joe’s, Rite Aid, in n out, Chick-fil-A, Vons, Food 4 Less, Starbucks, 7-11, boiling crab, and lots of other great places! The neighborhood is super quiet and parking is usually very available. Thorton Park is also in our neighborhood.

The Rectangle room is 12×10 ft and the Square room is 10x10ft. Both have a large window and closet. These 2 rooms would share the restroom that is right in front along with guest that would visit.

Shared spaces would include a living room, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor covered patio.

Both Barbara and I work 40+ hours a week. I am 26 and graduated from SDSU in 2019. Barbara is 25 and graduated from UCI in 2020.

We like to watch movies, cook, go out for drinks, and hangout with friends on our free time! We do have 2 huskies but they have their own private area in the back yard.
