I am an engineering manager in the defense industry and am looking for a like-minded roomie that I can live respectfully with that is career oriented and open to potentially doing a hike or grabbing a brew on the weekends. I am a very tidy and organized individual and would appreciate the same. No animals as I have severe allergies to dogs and cats. I do not smoke or use any drugs, and that would be preferred, but if you smoke it has to be outside. I am fairly laid back and work from home, so on the weekdays I will be home all day.
